When you do business with ThePoolCue.Com you will always be treated with care.  We will strive to always give you friendly and professional service.  We will work hard to keep your interests in mind.  We will follow through on our promises.  If you have any questons or concerns, we will work with you to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
 
One-stop shopping
 
We are your one-stop shop for all you billiard needs and wants.  We have a huge inventory of cures, cases, accessories, racks, tables, and chairs.  If we do not have it on our site, we will find it for you. 
 
24 hour shipping
 
Place your in-stock order and and we will ship it within 24 hours.  As long as your request is in stock, we guarantee the very best turn-around time.  If for some reason we don't get it out in the specified time you will be notified.
 
Due to the rising costs of shipping, we are now only offering free shipping to orders over $50.  When the costs diminish, we will resend this added charge.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
 
Returns
 
All unchalked or unused product will be fully credited upon receipt.  Damaged or defective items are subject to manufacturer warranties.  Most maufacturer's warrant for parts and workmanship up to one year from the time of purchase.
 
Pre-authorized returns receive priority
Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns
Insufficient packaging on returned items waive all warranties and guarantees
 
Since we stand behind our products, our return policy is simple. Within two weeks of the receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund for any item that has not been used and is in its original condition. The item cannot have been used or modified in any way. The item MUST be in the original box, in re-sale condition, with the original packaging material.
 
Since no shipping was charged, we will issue a full refund less a 15% restocking fee to cover any charges we incur.
 
Please DO NOT return any items without contacting us first!  Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page and we will respond within 24 hours.
 
We will not issue any credit for shipments that were refused and therefore returned to us.
 
Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage.
