The Falcon Warranty
Falcon cues are warranted against material and manufacturing defects. If your cue has a flaw please contact the authorized dealer you purchased it from and they will contact us directly. The warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable.
Our cues are made to withstand enormous pressure from straight-line impact (shooting, breaking etc.) However even an insignificant amount of side pressure can damage the cue: either externally - visible damage, or internally, creating an interior fracture. Even tiny fractures will be compounded over time, resulting in eventual surface crack or breakage of the cue. Side pressure can be caused by leaning a cue on a wall, hitting the cue against any solid object (table, wall) or dropping the cue on the floor. Damage resulting from side pressure is not covered under warranty whether intentional or not.
Our cues are only warranted against warpage if the cue is NEW and UNCHALKED. You need to check for this at time of purchase - chalking a cue means you accept the cue in the condition it was received. After purchase we have no control over how a cue is stored or temperature extremes it may be exposed to that may perpetuate warpage. Therefore we assume no responsibility for warpage. Please note that wood is a natural product and will warp naturally over time. A slightly warped butt will not affect your play.
Damage caused to the cue such as minor dents, dings, chips, broken butt cap etc. can be repaired at your cost. Please contact your nearest authorized dealer for further instructions. Repairs are shipped at your cost. Please allow 6-8 weeks for repair and shipping time.
